Flag of Ancient Crete
Our flag is three horizontal columns filled in with three colors: Red, White, and Purple.
Red means Santorini volcano, which wept out all of the city with tsunami. White means, an uncivilized
Cretans before King Minoan came and white also means to describe clean environment of Crete island.
However, purple means the mysterious of existence of patron gods&goddesses and the city shrouded
by mythology.
The yellow circle, on the middle of the flag, is the illustration which I described Theseus winning the
Minotaur according to the mythology of Theseus and Minotaur.
